We opened Summit Cycles because we love riding bikes — and because Aberystwyth deserves a proper, independent bike shop run by people who actually know what they're talking about.
Over fifteen years we've grown from a two-person repair workshop to a full-service bike shop stocking mountain bikes, road bikes, e-bikes, hybrids, and every accessory you could need. Our mechanics have forgotten more about bikes than most people ever learn, and they're genuinely delighted to talk you through anything.
We're based in the heart of Aberystwyth, but our playground is all of West Wales — the Cambrian Mountains, Nant yr Arian, the Mach Trails, and miles of coastal riding that'll take your breath away for the right reasons.
