01 / Our Roots

From Cardigan,
For Cardigan

Stiwdio 3 began with a simple belief: that a great cafe should feel like an extension of your own kitchen, only with better coffee and someone else doing the washing up.

Nestled in the historic market town of Cardigan, we draw on the rich farming heritage of Ceredigion and the vibrant community that makes this corner of West Wales so special. Every morning, our kitchen comes alive with the scent of fresh-baked Welsh cakes, locally roasted coffee, and bread still warm from the oven.

"Good food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be honest."

05 / About Stiwdio 3

Where Food
Meets Community

Stiwdio 3 is more than somewhere to grab a coffee. It is a place where farmers drop in after the morning mart, where friends catch up over a slice of cake, and where visitors discover what makes Cardigan so special.

Our kitchen team arrives before dawn to prepare everything from scratch. The bread, the cakes, the soups, the sauces, all made right here. We source from farms within a thirty-mile radius wherever possible, working with producers who share our values of quality and sustainability.

Whether you are popping in for a morning flat white, settling in for a leisurely lunch, or picking up a box of Welsh cakes for the drive home, you will always find a warm welcome and food made with genuine care.
