Most carpets are touch-dry within 2-4 hours and fully dry within 6-12 hours depending on ventilation, carpet thickness, and humidity. We recommend opening windows where possible. In winter, turning the heating on helps enormously. We can also apply a speed-dry treatment for faster turnaround.
We will move light furniture as part of the service -- sofas, coffee tables, dining chairs. Heavy items like wardrobes, beds, and bookcases we ask you to leave in place. We clean carefully around these and can reach most of the carpet underneath with our extended tools.
Absolutely. We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning solutions as standard. Children and pets can walk on the carpets as soon as they are dry. We recommend keeping toddlers and pets off damp carpets simply to avoid re-soiling, not for safety reasons.
