Yes! Collection and return service is available for an additional £10. This covers the Carmarthen, Penybont, St Clears, and surrounding areas. Perfect for busy pet owners or dogs who prefer not to travel.

Absolutely! Our calm home environment and one-to-one approach is perfect for nervous or anxious dogs. I'm dog first aid certified and experienced with all temperaments. Many anxious dogs become regulars once they experience our gentle approach.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

I use only professional, high-quality grooming products suitable for all coat types and skin sensitivities. All shampoos are dog-specific and gentle on your pet's skin. If your dog has special requirements, please let me know when booking.

I recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance, especially during busy periods. For regular customers, I'm happy to set up recurring appointments. Emergency grooming can sometimes be accommodated with shorter notice - just call to check availability.
DO YOU GROOM PUPPIES?

Yes! Puppies are welcome from 12 weeks old (after second vaccinations). I offer gentle introduction sessions to get puppies comfortable with grooming. Early positive experiences create well-adjusted adult dogs who enjoy being groomed.
