Born from a love of colour, texture, and creative possibility
Funkee Moon Fabrics grew out of a passionate belief that making your own clothes, quilts, and homeware should be joyful, accessible, and a little bit extraordinary.
Nestled in Cardigan — one of Wales's most creative small towns — our shop is a vibrant, welcoming space where sewists of every level come to browse, be inspired, and leave with exactly what they need. We stock an ever-changing selection of dressmaking fabrics, quilting cottons, soft furnishing textiles and a comprehensive range of haberdashery.

Signature Workshop
Introduction to Dressmaking — the Whole Weekend
Our most popular offering. Over Saturday and Sunday, you'll learn everything needed to cut and sew your first proper garment from scratch. Pattern reading, cutting on the grain, sewing straight seams, pressing, installing a zip, and finishing seams neatly. You will leave with a completed wearable garment and the confidence to keep going. All materials provided, machines available to borrow, or bring your own.
