Barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight progressions to build real-world strength. Coached technique throughout. Progressive overload built into every session.

Indoor Cycling

High-energy spin sessions set to music, guiding you through climbs, sprints, and intervals. Low-impact on the joints, high-impact on your fitness.

Boxing Fitness

Bag work, pad work, and boxing-inspired drills combined into a full-body conditioning session. No experience needed — just the willingness to work hard.

Yoga & Mobility

Structured flexibility and mobility sessions to improve range of motion, reduce injury risk, and support recovery. A vital complement to intense training.

Cardio Bootcamp

Fast-paced circuits using bodyweight and light equipment. Great for burning calories, building endurance, and working up a proper sweat with others.

All classes are included in monthly memberships. Day-pass holders can attend any class for a small additional fee.
