Beach WODs — Pembrokeshire's Finest Office

Every summer, we take training outdoors to the stunning beaches of Pembrokeshire. Our Beach WOD series runs on Saturday mornings from June through to September, and it is one of the highlights of the CrossFit Pembrokeshire calendar.

These sessions combine functional fitness with the raw beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Sprint the sand, row in the shallows, carry your kit across the dunes — and finish with a cold-water dip if you dare.

Held at Tenby South Beach, Barafundle Bay, and Freshwater West
Every Saturday at 08:30 from June to September
Open to all members — no additional cost
Family-friendly — bring the kids and the dog

Growing Up Strong

Our youth programmes develop confidence, coordination, and a love of movement — skills that last a lifetime. Designed specifically for young people, not watered-down adult classes.

Ages 6 to 12

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a programme built from the ground up for children aged 6 to 12. Sessions focus on fundamental movement patterns through play-based learning — developing gross motor skills, body awareness, and teamwork in an energetic, supportive environment. No competitive pressure. Just joyful movement.

CrossFit Teens

Teenage years are a critical window for developing athletic potential. Our CrossFit Teens programme provides a structured, evidence-based training environment for 13 to 17 year-olds — building strength, confidence, and discipline in an age-appropriate format that respects both the opportunities and the limitations of adolescent development.

Coaches Who Care

Every coach at CrossFit Pembrokeshire holds a current CrossFit Level 1 certification as a minimum, and several hold specialist qualifications in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and sports nutrition.
