Perfect Brewing Guide

1

Grind Fresh

Use a burr grinder and grind your coffee just before brewing. Different brew methods require different grind sizes.

2

Measure Precisely

Use a 1:15 to 1:17 ratio of coffee to water. For example, 25g coffee to 375ml water for a medium-strength brew.

3

Water Temperature

Heat water to 93-96°C. Too hot and you'll over-extract, too cool and you'll under-extract the coffee.

4

Bloom & Pour

For pour-over methods, start with a 30-second bloom, then pour in slow, circular motions.
