We will have a chat about your design ideas, flavour preferences, serving numbers, and any dietary requirements. Share inspiration images, colours, themes — anything that captures what you have in mind.
Once we have agreed on the design and price, a deposit secures your date in our calendar. Your order is then confirmed and we begin the creative planning process to ensure every detail is perfect.
Your finished cake can be collected from our home in Cilgerran or, for local orders, delivered directly to your venue or address. We will keep you updated throughout and ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible — ideally at least four to six weeks before your event for celebration cakes, and three to six months for wedding cakes. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice, so it is always worth asking even if your event is soon.
Prices vary depending on size, design complexity, number of tiers, and serving numbers. We are transparent with our pricing and will provide a full, detailed quote before you commit to anything. Every quote is bespoke to your specific order.
Yes — we are happy to use inspiration images as a starting point. We may adapt designs to suit our style, your flavour choices, or practical considerations, but we will always discuss this with you first to ensure you are happy with the approach before we begin.

Yes — a deposit is required to secure your booking and date in our calendar. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined clearly when we confirm your order. The remaining balance is typically due closer to your collection or delivery date.

We will provide full care and storage instructions when you collect your cake. In general, cakes should be kept at room temperature (away from direct sunlight and heat) and transported on a flat, stable surface. For tiered cakes, we will advise on the safest way to transport and, where possible, we can assemble tiers at your venue.
