The Cardigan Bay Blend is genuinely the best coffee I have ever had at home. Smooth, rich, and it fills the kitchen with the most amazing smell when you grind it.

-- Megan R., Aberystwyth

We switched our cafe to Bay Coffee Roasters last year. Our customers noticed the difference immediately. The quality is outstanding and the service is personal.

-- Tom H., Fishguard

The subscription is brilliant. Every month I get something new and interesting with proper tasting notes. It has completely changed how I think about coffee.

-- Carys D., Carmarthen

Proper Welsh coffee done right. The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is extraordinary -- floral and bright. Support local and get world-class coffee. What is not to love?

-- Owain P., Cardigan

Speciality coffee scores 80 or above on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. It means higher quality beans, more careful farming, and a noticeably better cup. All our coffees score 82+.
Absolutely. We welcome visitors by appointment. Come and see the roasting process, taste some coffee, and pick up a bag or two. Just message us on Facebook to arrange a time.
